Gin, EAUDEBEURRE Infusion*, Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Lemon Juice, Egg White
*EAUDEBEURRE Infusion
Steep 8 oz EAUDEBEURRE blend |
Strain blend into pot |
Add 2.5 tsp of sugar |
Mix until sugar dissolves |
Cool for 10 minutes |
Procedure
Pour 60 ml gin into cocktail shaker |
Add 70 ml EAUDEBEURRE infusion into cocktail shaker |
Pour 15 ml elderflower liqueur into cocktail shaker |
Squeeze 15 ml of fresh lemon juice into cocktail shaker |
Add one egg white to cocktail shaker |
Dry shake for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white |
Add ice into cocktail shaker |
Shake for 15 seconds |
Double strain directly into glass |
